WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY IMAGES?
I completely understand how exciting it is to see your photos as soon as possible! My typical turnaround time depends on the size and complexity of your event. For most events, you can expect to receive your fully edited gallery within 2 weeks.
If you need your images sooner, I offer an expedited delivery option, with images delivered in as little as few days. Rest assured, I prioritize delivering your photos quickly without compromising quality. If you have specific needs or questions about timelines, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to help!
WHAT’S AN EVENT LIKE WITH YOU?
I focus on capturing the true essence of your event, meaning I’m not just a photographer standing in the corner. While I’ll make sure to document key moments like speeches, performances, and awards, I also capture the candid, unposed interactions that make your event unique.
You’ll find me mingling with your guests, blending in to catch genuine expressions and meaningful moments. Whether it’s an intimate dinner or a large-scale corporate gala, I adapt to the energy of your event to deliver a collection that reflects its full story. DO YOU ALSO DELIVER RAW FILES?
I prefer not to deliver RAW files, as they represent only part of the work I do. My editing process is an essential part of ensuring your photos look their best. I carefully select and enhance the finest images from your event, removing duplicates, test shots, and anything out of focus.
If you have a specific request for RAW files, I’m happy to discuss your needs. My priority is always to make sure you’re thrilled with the final results.
DO YOU PHOTOSHOP IMAGES?
I will absolutely smooth skin, remove distractions, and fine-tune details to ensure your photos look polished. However, I never alter who you are. My goal is to highlight the natural beauty of your event and its attendees while keeping everything authentic.
WILL YOU POST MY PHOTOS?
I’m sure I’ll fall in love with your photos, and I believe others would, too! Occasionally, I share highlights from events on my website or social media. If your event is particularly unique, there may also be opportunities to feature your photos in industry blogs or publications.
That said, I understand the importance of privacy. If you’d prefer to keep your event private, I’m happy to honor that. I even offer the option to sign an NDA, ensuring your photos remain exclusively yours with no public sharing. Your comfort is always my top priority.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
Yes, I do! I absolutely love traveling to photograph unique events. While I only travel within the U.S., I’m inspired by new locations and the energy they bring to events. To ensure everything runs smoothly, I usually arrive the day before your event and depart the day after. This also gives me the opportunity to scout the venue in advance and make sure everything is perfect.
Travel fees—including transportation and accommodation—are calculated based on the event’s location and duration. These costs are added to your package quote, and I’ll work with you to keep things clear and straightforward.
